    Signed by 5 members of the Ulster County Militia in the Revolutionary War:
    Privates Peter Marius Groen, William Swart, one of the Bogardus family (I can't read the first name), Lieutenant Abraham Hoffman, & Captain Hendrick Schoonmaker.
    Also signed by Christopher Tappen, who was instrumental in saving the NY state records from the British burning of Kingston.
