    Description

Map is original as published in 1911 and not a photocopy.
    This map, which is titled
    VIRGINIA 1781
accompanied a publication titled "The Revolutionary War and the Military Policy of the United States" which was published in 1911.
Map shows strategic movements of the American and British Armies through Virginia.  Some names I see on map include Petersburg, Chesapeake Bay, Potomoc River, Fredericksburg, Falmouth, Charlottesville, Buckingham, Lynchburg, Richmond, Yorktown, Williamsburg, West Point, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Appomattox, Tappahannock, Mattapony Church, Spottsylvania, Cumberland, Ruffin's Ford, Malvern Hill, Goochland, Carter's Ferry, New London, Holt's Forge, and many more.
Page measures approx 5 1/2" by 8 1/2",  map approx 4 3/8" by 6 5/8" with blank back on lightweight paper.   It is in excellent condition as you can see in scan.
MAP IS MUCH SHARPER AND CLEARER IN REAL LIFE THAN IT IS IN MY BLURRY SCAN.
