    FUN 1989 souvenir card (BEP) depicting the face of the 1890 Treasury (Coin) Note, depicting William Henry Seward, U. S. Secretary of State between 1861 and 1869 and responsible for the purchase of Alaska from Russia in 1867.
    Cancelled at the Bureau of Engraving and Printing Visitors Center on the first day of issue, January 5, 1989, with a BEP Visitors Center cancellation.
