    SCCS # B-133:
    FUN 1990 souvenir card (BEP) featuring the unfinished face of a proposed Series 1897 Silver Certificate.  The allegorical vingette titled "Science Presenting Steam and Electricity to Commerce and Manufacture" was designed by Edwin H. Blashfield, with the remainder of the note designed by Thomas F. Morris.
    Cancelled at the Bureau of Engraving and Printing Visitors Center on the first day of issue, January 4, 1990, with a BEP Visitors Center cancellation.
