    ANA Midwinter 1990 souvenir card (BEP) featuring the unfinished face of a proposed Series 1897 Silver Certificate.  The allegorical group was designed by noted illustrator Walter Shirlaw, with the remainder of the note designed by Thomas F. Morris.  G. F. C. Smillie engraved the vignette.
