    BEP souvenir card B 187 ANA 1994 V/C cancel back prop 1915 Federal Res Note
    SCCS # B-187:
    American Numismatic Association (ANA) 1994 souvenir card (BEP) depicting a design intended to be used as the back of a Series 1915 Federal Reserve Note, featuring a vignette showing three young workers and a vignette entitled "Manufacturing" (engraved by H. L. Chorlton).  Since the illustrated note was never issued, it is a part of the BEP's "Unfinished Masterpieces" series.
    Cancelled at the Bureau of Engraving and Printing Visitors Center on the first day of issue, July 27, 1994, with a pictorial BEP Visitors Center cancellation.
