    SCCS # B-199:
    American Numismatic Association (ANA) 1995 souvenir card (BEP) featuring the back design of the Series 1918 Federal Reserve Bank Note.  The vignette of the spread eagle holding the flag was engraved by Robert Ponickau.
    Cancelled at the Bureau of Engraving and Printing Visitors Center on the first day of issue, August 16, 1995, with a BEP Visitors Center cancellation.
