    SCCS # B-31:
    International Women's Year 1975 souvenir card (BEP) depicting the face of the 1886 "Martha" silver certificate and three related stamps.  Printed from a plate made from the original die.  The portrait of Martha Washsington was engraved by Charles Burt based on a painting by Jalabert.  The card is housed in the original "IWY" folder prepared by the BEP, which contains text and illustrations related to women and the BEP.
