    SCCS # B-57:
    ANA 1982 souvenir card (BEP) depicting the Great Seal vignettes from the back of the Federal Reserve Notes.  According to my sources at the BEP, they wanted to reproduce the entire FRN back, but were not allowed to do so by the Secret Service ... even though they sold the souvenir cards for more than .00 each, which would sorta limit the possibilities for fraudulent usage ...
    Cancelled at the Bureau of Engraving and Printing Visitors Center on the first day of issue, August 17, 1982, with a Washington D. C. circular date stamp.
