    ANA 1986 Midwinter souvenir card (BEP) depicting the back of the 1901 Legal Tender note (the "Bison" note).  The central vignette of a woman between two columns is titled "Progress".
    Cancelled at the Bureau of Engraving and Printing Visitors Center on the first day of issue, February 19, 1986, with a pictorial Visitors Center cancellation.
