is is a High-End Pro-Quality Filter Holder specifically for use with
an ultra-wide-angle lens so you don't get vignetting in
Landscape photography.    I don't know much about it, but I believe it requires an adapter ring for your particular lens.   The whole thing measures 130 X 170mm with the diameter of the opening being
122mm.
The filter gels slide into the holder.   Consult with Cokin for more info and pieces.
This piece looks to be in MINT Condition--- barely a mark on it, with just shelf-wear to the box.
