A nice mint block of four of Scott #C9 Planes and Map.  See photo for centering which is  fine/Very fine+++! The gum is original and never Hinged .  The block is as fresh as the day it was printed and there are no flaws and no  perf separations. This is a scarce block and catalogues for .00.
