    An original stampless autograph letter dated Exeter, New Hampshire, April 13, 1812, and signed by SETH WALKER [ b.1756 ], Registrar of Deeds, to attorney Charles A. Atherton of Amherst regarding a search of deeds going back to 1737. Walker was a veteran of the Revolutionary War, having served as a Colonel of Militia at the Siege of Boston.
