Protect your Eastern Bluebirds with this predator guard. If you want to stop predators like squirrels and woodpeckers from getting into you Eastern Bluebird nest then this is the guard you need. This entry hole protector is made of steel and is zinc coated to resist weathering. The entrance hole measures 1 1/2 inches and the total width of the guard is 3 inches and 1/8 inch thick. The predator guard comes with 2 screws for mounting on your birdhouse.
This is by far the best predator guard you can purchase. I have tried guards made of copper or aluminum and I have seen squirrels chew right through them.

I gauged it! 1.5" !!!!! Matched the opening perfect... I have woodpeckers and squirrels to defeat!!! I have 4 houses and refaced 2 of those this winter. So tell anyone with a question that this will work or nothing will... Its thick and heavy...
